What is a Disney Dining Plan?
Disney dining plans are a convenient and flexible way to enjoy meals and snacks at many of the restaurants and food service locations at Walt Disney World Resort.
Guests who prefer to include dining in their vacation packages can choose a Walt Disney World Magic Your Way vacation package that includes a Disney dining plan – a convenient and easy way to plan, select and pre-pay for dining.
There are three Disney dining plans to choose from:

Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan
Delight in an on-the-go meal plan that's quick and simple—allowing you and your family to spend more time in the parks. You'll dine at Quick-Service locations that are a great place to stop and enjoy a casual meal. When it's time to grab a bite to eat—just order at a counter or register and then find a seat.
Disney Dining Plan
Be waited on at your choice of over 50 Table-Service restaurants. Delight in unparalleled service and cuisine with a touch of Disney magic, in addition to enjoying on-the-go meals and snacks. Reservations at Table-Service restaurants are subject to availability.
Disney Deluxe Dining Plan
Take an epicurean journey from appetizers to desserts. Make your dining experience one to remember from the first bite to the last with this most comprehensive dining plan that offers the most meals and delicious appetizers, in addition to delectable snacks. Reservations at Table-Service restaurants are subject to availability.
Enjoy more time in the parks
and less time in the restaurants.
Enjoy character experiences, exciting dinner shows and uniquely—themed restaurants.
Enjoy a table-service experience for lunch and fine/signature dining experience for dinner.

Guests can choose one non-alcoholic beverage within their meal entitlement.
A single-serving non-alcoholic beverage includes items such as:

Beverages (2018 plan only):
Guests under 21 years of age can choose one non-alcoholic beverage (including specialty beverages where offered). Guests 21 and older can choose either one non-alcoholic beverage (including specialty beverages where offered) or one single-serving mixed cocktail, beer, or wine (where offered) within their meal entitlement.
A single-serving non-alcoholic beverage includes items such as:

A single-serving alcoholic beverage includes items such as:

Most beer, wine and mixed drink beverages included, some exceptions apply. Guests 21 and older must present valid ID to be served alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverages may only be redeemed with a Quick-Service or Table-Service meal entitlement.

Ask your server about potential substitutions, but substitutions are not guaranteed. If available; buffet excludes specialty beverages that are sold separately (2017 plan only).

Special Dietary Requests: Many Disney restaurants now offer allergy-friendly menus to address these food intolerances, and many are able to accommodate lifestyle requests as well—including low-fat, low-sodium, no-sugar-added and vegetarian options—often with no advance arrangements.

Gratuities are not included except for participating pre-paid dining locations.

Children ages 3 – 9 must choose from a children's menu, where available.

Plan must be purchased for entire length of stay and for the entire party (example: 5 night stay includes 5 days of meals).

Meals are nontransferable between party members and expire at midnight on day of check-out.

Due to the popularity of Disney table-service restaurants, dining availability may be limited or not available without advance reservations.
What Does Each Dining Plan Cost?
The way the Disney Dining Plan works is that it must be included for every Guest on your reservation for the length of your stay. This means that you cannot choose for certain members to have it and others to not. You will receive entitlements for everyone in your party for each night of your stay.
